Ingredients

I am just going to list what goes in, choose quantities based on how many. 1 onion = three people

Method

  1. Dice onions and garlic
  2. Heat some oil in a saucepan and put in the garlic, shortly followed by the onions
  3. Fry on a low heat until the onions are translucent
  4. Add the meat, turn the heat up
  5. Stir occasionally till all the meat is brown
  6. Add tomatoe puree (half a tube at least) and stir into meat
  7. Put in peppers mushrooms and carrots
  8. Add tinned tomatoes and maybe some water if it looks thick
  9. Leave on a low heat to simmer down, the longer the better
