Ingredients
I am just going to list what goes in, choose quantities based on how many. 1 onion = three people
- Garlic
- Onions
- Minced Lamb (or beef)
- Tomato Puree (the stuff in tubes)
- Tinned tomatoes (chopped)
- Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Carrots

Method
- Dice onions and garlic
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and put in the garlic, shortly followed by the onions
- Fry on a low heat until the onions are translucent
- Add the meat, turn the heat up
- Stir occasionally till all the meat is brown
- Add tomatoe puree (half a tube at least) and stir into meat
- Put in peppers mushrooms and carrots
- Add tinned tomatoes and maybe some water if it looks thick
- Leave on a low heat to simmer down, the longer the better
