For some reason, the local authorities in Caernarfon seem to think that only women use the public lavatories for intravenous drug use. This is clearly not the case as on closer inspection the mens toilets contain used needles but without the benefit of a sharps bin. Either that or someone nicked the sharps bin out of the mens.
Nice to see them using antiseptic swabs and clean needles though!
As well as the sharps bins, the authorities have also provided notices informing all lavatory users that "smoking is illegal in these toilets". An extensive search of the premesis was unable to find the poster informing the public that injecting heroin in these toilets is also illegal.
