Ingredients
- 3oz Plain chocolate (broken)
- 4oz Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 12oz Caster sugar
- 4 1/2oz Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6oz Chopped walnuts
- as much pot as you like

Method
- preheat oven to 350F (180C, gas 4)
- line greesed baking tray with greased greeseproof paper
- melt the chocolate in a bowl with butter over a pan of hot water, once melted together allow to cool a bit
- whisk together eggs and sugar until light, add choc mixture, mix well
- sift flour and baking powder into mixture and fold in
- stir in chopped nuts and pour into tray
- bake for ~40mins
