Self Delusion
IRC quote:
<braingrind> i'm not rude <braingrind> i'm polite as pie!
Quotes from real life:
<braingrind> I'm a very tidy/clean/hygienic person
Despite leaving a trail of Greek Salad and bean based detritus in his wake and finding it highly amusing when questioned about olive pips found in the Braingrind habitat.
Denial of Responsibility
When Braingrind is incapable of doing something; making a computer work, deciding what computer to buy or stopping for a moment from planning and writing lists to actually do something for example; he is wont to claim this is someone elses responsibility. The primary purpose of this is so that later when the computer breaks (as happens with any computer given enough time and slightly less time for Braingrind) he is able to blame the person or people who he cajoled into making his decisions for him for the problems.
As an extension of his self delusion he also regularly denies responsibility for problems, mess or offence he has unduly caused.
Denial of Impact
If it becomes impossible for Braingrind to deny his responsibilities even through powerful self delusion he will resort immediately to Denial of Impact, where the sufferer (the person that suffers Braingrind that is) will have to hear from Braingrind how it is terribly amusing and that it doesn't really affect the sufferer at all, this inevitably progesses into accusations that the person confronting Braingrind is biased not merely concerned for the mental well-being of Braingrind and those who find themselves around him. His accusations have also gone on to include internet-wide conspiracy and racism.
Denial of Denial
Something tells me this section will write itself when Braingrind finds this wikipage
