If you have flown with them and it costs you money when they cancel a flight. Keep your recipts for hotels, food, transport and send copies of them to customer.services@easyjet.com with the flight reference number for a refund. <-- that nuget of information cost shigs £3 :o
UPDATE: They were bloody quick at paying me back. But they will only pay you back your expenses up until when you flew back home with them. Anything else is covered in your travel insurence or summit. Still its good to know.
