Ingredients
- White fish (any will do)
- Milk
- Butter
- Plain flour
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg
- Parsley
- Mustard
- Potato

Method
- simmer the fish in milk until just cooked.
- melt the butter in a sauce pan, add a bit of plain flour for a smooth texture, add mustard to taste.
- add the milk from cooking the fish to the butter and flour, season with pepper, parsley and nutmeg.
- put the fish in an oven dish and pour the white sauce over it.
- cover this with mashed potato and put in the oven until the potato goes brown and crisp.
