Ingredients

Method

  1. simmer the fish in milk until just cooked.
  2. melt the butter in a sauce pan, add a bit of plain flour for a smooth texture, add mustard to taste.
  3. add the milk from cooking the fish to the butter and flour, season with pepper, parsley and nutmeg.
  4. put the fish in an oven dish and pour the white sauce over it.
  5. cover this with mashed potato and put in the oven until the potato goes brown and crisp.
