1. Pour small amount of water into tall class
2. Add reasonable amount of instant coffee (and maybe sugar) and stir until dissolved
3. Add ICE cold water and ICE and mix with a electric mixer (DynaMix) (hand mixing will not do). The trick here is to not overfoam things - you just want about a 5th of the glass to be foam. Slowly add water/ice until the glass is full.
4. (optional: dash of milk/cream) (mandatory: put straw in glass)
