Ingredients
- BolognaiseSauce
- Lasagne Pasta (pre cooked is best)
- Cheese (1/2 of a big block or more, grated cheddar or similar)
- Cottage cheese (medium pot)
- Milk
- Hot water
- English Mustard
- Flour (plain)
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper

Method
- Make BolognaiseSauce
- Put a 1/8th of a block of butter in a saucepan over a low heat
- Once melted sprinkle and stir in flour a little at a time until the flour and butter are coming away from the side of the pan and rolling a ball (this is called a roule, I think)
- Add a dash of hot water and stir in
- Add a dash of milk and stir in
- Keep adding hot water and milk in roughly equal amounts a bit at time and stirring until it looks like a cheese sauce consistency
- Add half of the grated cheese and the cottage cheese
- Add a tea spoon of english mustard and salt & pepper
- If the cheese has made it go to thick, add some milk/water
- Grease a large ovendish with butter
- If your pasta nees pre boiling do it now
- Put a layer of bolognaise sauce in the dish
- Put a layer of pasta on it then bolognaise sauce topped with cheese sauce
- Put down another layer of pasta then more bolognaise then cheese sauce
- Put down a final layer of pasta, pour remainder of cheese sauce over the top
- Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and put in the oven at 200 deg C till it goes crispy on top
