Mücver (Courgette Fritters)
FRITTERS!

Main Ingredients
- 1Kg (2lb) courgette (zucchini)/marrow, grated
- 2 onions, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 150g (5oz) Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons plain white flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or whatever for flavour, corriander?)
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, (extra virgin for the hell of it?)

Method
- Put the courgette (zucchini)/marrow and onion in a colander for 30 minutes.
- _TIME_ Turn out into a bowl and stir in the eggs, cheese, flour, dill(or whatever) and seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil and fry a tablespoon of the fritter mixture/batter at a time.
- Brown both sides, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel (BOUNTY) to drain of the FAT.
- Keep the fritters warm while you repeat 3 and 4 until all the fritter mix is used up.
- Serve hot!
