Person who's not a Southerner
To Southerners they seem like hard bastards who never need to wear coats or jumpers unless in extreme cold, we always knew it was really cold when my Scouse housemate wore more than a t-shirt and trousers. Southerners are also jealous of Northerners cos they get cheaper drinks.. or maybe that's just me thats jealous :-/
