- 10oz Plain flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3oz Butter
- 5oz Peanut butter
- 4oz Granulated sugar
- 4oz Brown sugar
- 1 Egg

- cream together both sugars and egg, melt both buters together then mix in with the sugar and egg
- mix in the flour, soda and salt
- roll into balls and flatten on a baking tray (greased) at least 1" apart
- put into pre-heated oven (350F, gas 4, 180C) for 8-10 mins
