I just made this shit up but its delicious. Curry is great because you can change stuff to suit your tastes and what you have in the cupboard.

You'll need a fairly large wok or deep pan.

  1. Gently heat some olive oil in a pan and roast the cumin seeds in there on a very low heat
  2. finely chop the garlic, ginger, chillies and add to the oil
  3. fry gently until the garlic just browns
  4. add to a bowl
  5. turn the heat up
  6. fry the fuck out of your meat (brown that bastard)
  7. add meat to another bowl
  8. add thinly sliced carrots, sweetcorns and peas to a pan and stirfry
  9. add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms and turn the heat down slightly
  10. cook some more
  11. add the meat and the stuff you have in the bowl, and splash the fish source on
  12. add the coconut milk
  13. squeeze in the lime juice
  14. add the corriander and paprika (thought i'd forgot them?)
  15. generously top up with water and simmer for ages
  16. eat with bowl of jasmin rice
