I just made this shit up but its delicious. Curry is great because you can change stuff to suit your tastes and what you have in the cupboard.
You'll need a fairly large wok or deep pan.

- 2 large carrots
- handfull of baby sweetcorns
- handfull of those pee things in pods with a french name
- half a pallet of mushrooms
- medium ish onion
- tub of cubed beef
- Large tablespoon of cumin seeds
- 4 cloves of garlic
- chillies to taste (i used 3 thin red chillies, thats quite hot enough)
- inch of fresh root ginger
- a lime
- tablespoon of fish source
- milk of a coconut (no house is complete without a coconut for munchies)
- tablespoon of paprika
- tablespoon of ground corriander
- water

- Gently heat some olive oil in a pan and roast the cumin seeds in there on a very low heat
- finely chop the garlic, ginger, chillies and add to the oil
- fry gently until the garlic just browns
- add to a bowl
- turn the heat up
- fry the fuck out of your meat (brown that bastard)
- add meat to another bowl
- add thinly sliced carrots, sweetcorns and peas to a pan and stirfry
- add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms and turn the heat down slightly
- cook some more
- add the meat and the stuff you have in the bowl, and splash the fish source on
- add the coconut milk
- squeeze in the lime juice
- add the corriander and paprika (thought i'd forgot them?)
- generously top up with water and simmer for ages
- eat with bowl of jasmin rice
