A hand movement commonly performed by Chris 'Wavey Hands' Loftus (ChrisLoftus). Achieve this movement by having two hands level. Now Move the right hand up about a foot and grasp at thin air. Drag thin air into imaginary shelf created by the level hands. Repeat if required.
