(Translation: Cheesy Pie)
- So 1 block of Feta cheese cut into small pieces
- 2 Egg
- Grated cheddar or parmesan (You can leave this out but the problem is then that the eggs and even more liquid and harder to handle)
Beat the eggs mix in the feta and grated cheese, black pepper if you want then put it into the middle of the pastry.
Bake in a hot oven 400F/200C/Gas Mark 6 until it has risen up and looks cooked!
Serve chopped up into squares, with an ice cold Frappé.
