Cannabis / Drugs

Relaxed view on cannabis, Tougher punishments for dealers and promises to double cash for increased treatment. EDIT: U turn, now looking to re-criminalise. Want to revert cannabis back to Class B. Want "zero-tolerance". Hard drug users to choose between rehabilitation and criminal justice. Support random drug testing in schools. Aim to "tackle drug dealers" rather than criminalise cannabis users with amounts for personal use. Want to keep cannabis class C but decriminalise the possesion and cultivation of cannabis for personal use and the "social supply" of cannabis.
